{"id":10280,"date":"2019-12-16T11:56:58","date_gmt":"2019-12-16T14:56:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.partidogen.org.ar\/web\/?p=10280"},"modified":"2020-02-28T18:11:27","modified_gmt":"2020-02-28T21:11:27","slug":"comunicado-del-partido-gen-nacional","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.partidogen.org.ar\/web\/comunicado-del-partido-gen-nacional\/","title":{"rendered":"COMUNICADO DEL PARTIDO GEN NACIONAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: right;\">16 de Diciembre 2019<\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"first\">L<\/span>a decisi\u00f3n del Juez Federal de San Nicol\u00e1s, Carlos Villafuerte Ruzo, de dictar el procesamiento de Margarita Stolbizer junto a dirigentes agropecuarios y participantes de una protesta del campo en el a\u00f1o 2008 resulta altamente preocupante.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Que once a\u00f1os m\u00e1s tarde Villafuerte Ruzo haya criminalizado un acto sobre el que exist\u00eda un fallo anterior por falta de m\u00e9rito expedido por el mismo magistrado deja dudas acerca de su motivaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Violentar el derecho a la protesta atenta contra las garant\u00edas constitucionales.
